Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. You will work at your assigned location every day, ensuring consistent compensation regardless of patient cancellations or indirect administrative time.
Compensation:

• $86,280 - $99,840 ($41.00 - $48.00 hourly)- based on skills, certification, and experience

Work Schedule:

• Full-time/Part-time - 4/5-day work week YOU CHOOSE!!
• Center - based environment
• No weekends
• No Travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations for clients
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation related to therapy sessions
• Oversee SLPA's as needed

Qualifications:

• Currently have Speech Therapist License with your CCCs
• Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental needs
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• High energy level and physical ability to engage in activities such as running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
