Summary:
The Division Marketing Lead is responsible for growing opportunities, sales and
customer partnerships through developing, communicating and implementing a defined
marketing & communications plan for a geographical group of locations.
This role offers the unique opportunity to manage, coordinate and help implement all
aspects of the marketing/communications plan such as strategy, branding, digital
campaigns, communications, content creation and analysis.
Execute the defined vision and strategy in coordination with the local Profit Centers,
suppliers and the Industrial Solutions Network vision.
Ensure that campaigns and projects are properly implemented in-line with agreed upon
targets and objectives.
A strong background in leadership, communication, marketing, collaboration,
and influence is desired. The Division Marketing Lead will be engaging other division
marketing, sales and managers to best plan, communicate the value and objectives of
marketing plan to the locations and our customers.
Reports to: Division Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
A four year degree or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated success in communication and field marketing program.
Experience in creating and managing brands.
Proven Leadership skills to motivate, influence and drive change to embrace new
concepts and solutions.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal, organizational and written/verbal communication
skills with a versatility to span engagement from executives to individual
contributors.
Self-motivated and self-managed towards objectives. Ensure all concepts are
developed on time, aligned with brand direction and in-line with agreed budgets.
Proven ability to manage multiple partner relationships while achieving target
outcomes.
Preferable experience and proven in design and digital content creation.
Must be able and willing to travel as required.

Essential Job Functions:
Marketing
Work directly with the Division Manager to establish yearly goals for marketing.
Execute on the agreed upon marketing strategies and utilize any resources required
to bring the plans listed above to life.
Manage the brand, content and strategy to drive the branding strategy of the
Industrial Solutions Network and local markets/DBAs. Create and document the
acceptable branding methodologies, create and distribute branding guides as
required and coach your division on how to maintain brand presence within the
branding guidelines.
Participate in the development of the marketing calendar to execute and work with
our suppliers and partners on agreed upon campaigns.
Interact as a team member within the Industrial Solutions Network marketing team
to fully develop and implement any national ISN project as delegated.
Develop a sphere of relationships with all division personnel, including all
appropriate decision makers/stakeholders at the locations and ISN marketing leads.
Oversee the creation of any program deliverables as required to implement each
marketing and/ or communication program.
Collaborate with managers or any account managers to understand customer
buying behavior and opportunities.
Statistical analysis and reporting of programs and/ or market driven data as
required.
Manage customer personas and develop campaign and communication strategies
targeted to those personas.
Direct involvement in Recruiting. Helping to lead our Campus & University Marketing
engagement efforts, building the CED brand on campus with staff and students at
target colleges and universities, participating in career fairs and other on-campus
recruiting events, helping to coordinate initial interviews with college candidates, etc.
Communications
Set a standard for formally communicating within the division and to the Profit
Centers on a regular, defined basis.
Develop new or utilize existing communication channels to execute your marketing
plan within local and and ISN standards and guides.
Develop new and maintain existing strategic partnerships with suppliers to maximize
their visibility of the opportunities available within the division and ISN.
Participate in appropriate professional organizations and industry events to exhibit
thought leadership, develop new partnerships and promote capabilities.
