Creative Health Solutions is looking to hire a PRN Speech Therapist to join their growing team!

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Speech Therapist to join our team at Creative Health Solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
  • Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
  • Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques
  • Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

Master of Science degree in Speech/Language Pathology. Current license/certification in the state of practice. Must meet the educational requirements for certification and be in the process of accumulating the supervised experience or meet the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech-language pathology granted by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Demonstrates competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in Speech Therapy to the patient population served by this facility. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Adequate computer skills in order to complete required job duties and computerized documentation. Demonstrate ability to assess patient needs and develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care. Requires creativity as well as the ability to work independently. IND123
