Overview:

Pricing Specialist-Savannah, GA

We are looking for a dynamic Pricing Specialist who wants to help us develop and drive a competitive global pricing strategy in line with Trade strategies and perform timely responses on Spot/Liner and project quote activity toward Customer Growth (CG).

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Ensuring prompt responses on all price quote activity
• Provide timely spot quotation details (rates, operational costs) for cargoes outside of set parameters to sales/sales support teams and agents in line with the pricing framework
• Handle Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) filing requests and ensure we are FMC compliant on trade lanes
• Engaged in optimizing our processes, systems, and tools
• Gather and work with data in existing or new dashboards

WHAT YOULL NEED:

• Minimum 2-3 years Sales or Trade experience
• Familiarity with the U.S. Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) and Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) Regulation of U.S. Ocean borne import/export cargo
• Strong analytical skills, enjoys working with numbers/data
• Fluent written and spoken English
