Office Administrator - Free Parking in North Bethesda, MD. About the Company and Opportunity:
  • Our client is a non-profit founded about 50 years ago in DC whose focus is to inspire and build up their community.
  • Due to a vacancy, they are hiring a Office Administrator that is 100% onsite . Free parking.
  • This position is temporary and can go permanent for the right candidate depending on performance and fit.
  • Schedule is Mon-Fri regular business hours of 8a-5p.
  • Location: North Bethesda
  • Pay: $23-25/hr based on experience.

Overview of the Office Administrator role:
  • Set up conference rooms for meetings (chairs, tables, catering, meeting materials, etc.)
  • Work with property managers on Office maintenance requests.
  • Ensure breakroom, coffee stations, watercoolers, printers are fully stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Manage inventory and place supply orders.
  • Ad hoc projects
Preferred Qualifications for the Office Administrator:
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
