CRI is currently looking to hire an IT Administrator team member to support the CRI offices located in Santa Fe, NM.
Essential Functions:
  • Serves as a primary point of contact between the CRI IT department and the local office branch
  • Provide user support to firm staff by installing, configuring and maintaining user endpoints
  • Maintaining server hardware and software
  • Engage with end users and the CRI IT Engineering, Networking and Security teams to resolve complex IT issues
  • Deescalate user issues and frustrations
  • Follow, maintain and even establish documented processes and procedures
  • Perform a variety of daily systems monitoring to verify and ensure system integrity and performance
  • Occasional travel (day and/or overnight), after-hours maintenance and on-call support are requirements for this position (CRI utilizes remote support technologies to minimize travel requirements by IT personnel)
Qualifications :
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift 60 lbs
  • Positive attitude, a willingness to assist others and the ability to troubleshoot problems diligently until a resolution can be found
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to quickly adapt to new situations and a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Strong commitment to a team environment
  • Experience with the following technologies is required: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Active Directory, VMWare
  • Experience with or exposure to software specific to the accounting industry is a plus (Quickbooks, Sage, CCH, etc)
  • Applicants having a current MCP or higher certification will be given high priority
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
