Configures, installs, maintains and provides support for the below technologies:

• Microsoft Active Directory. Experience with Group Policy, DNS, Sites and Services, DHCP, Powershell
• Server hardware configurations (specifically Cisco C-Series)
• Hyper-V, and Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM)
• Patch management for desktop/servers via Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Exchange 2019 including DAG configurations
• Microsoft SQL 2022 including AG configurations
• VMWare ESXi, vCenter and vSAN configurations
• Cisco Email Security Appliances
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (IAAS and PAAS implementations)
• Knowledge of backup processes and disaster recovery. Experience with CommVault Commcell backup solutions
• Ability to proactively assess security updates across all products and implementations mentioned
• Monitors system availability and performance
