Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)

We seek a tenured Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor ready to take the next step in their career.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a growing national hospital system. The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) develops and maintains nursing service goals, objectives, and standards of nursing practice; adheres to staffing plans; and develops Nursing Department policies and procedures. The CNO organizes, develops, and directs nursing services to ensure quality care.

Requirements:

• GA Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Master’s degree
• 5 or more years of leadership experience
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state where practicing is required
• Current BLS certification is required and ACLS certification can be a condition of employment
