A company in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Resource Manager to join their team supporting creative resources and production. The Resource Manager oversees the entire consultant experience and lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous performance check-ins. This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with consultants and supporting their professional growth. This role is hybrid requiring on-site work, Monday through Thursday, and work from home on Friday. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Duties and Logistics: Lead all operational duties and logistics, including equipment requests/returns, tech access, and onboarding/offboarding processes. - Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new consultants, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information for a successful start. - First Days Support: Host orientation and lead consultants administrative onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into their roles. - Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for development. - Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with consultants, acting as a point of contact for their concerns and career aspirations. - Professional Development: Identify and facilitate training and development opportunities to enhance consultants' skills and career growth. - Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. - Process Improvement: Provide process improvement initiatives surrounding hiring, training, and operations. Employee Moral: Plan and execute team events on a regular basis. - Administrative Duties: Provide administrative support to resolve ad hoc issues surround timesheets, PTO, holidays, etc.
