Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and career goals.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition opportunities.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 1 or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and hiring processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other hiring platforms.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
