Labor and Employee Relations Manager

Reports to the HR Director

Must haves:

*Bachelors degree

*5+ years of employee and labor relations experience in a union environment

*Strong knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining

Responsibilities will include negotiation, labor relations, policy development, grievance management, training, advocacy, workplace culture, employee relations, investigations, coaching, performance management, compliance, and risk management.
