We seek a physician recruitment professional with three years of full-cycle experience to join our healthcare system and help us recruit high-quality physician providers for our multi-specialty group in San Antonio and New Braunfels, Texas.

We seek a professional with at least three years medical recruiting or similar experience with a proven track record of success. Candidates must have a comprehensive understanding of medical industry, physician market, and medical specialties.

Successful candidates will possess:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong motivational/leadership skills
• Ability to work successfully within a matrix organization
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
• Three years of full life-cycle recruiting process and recruiting strategy from sourcing to closing and signing candidates.
