Shift: Monday-Friday 10.00 PM to 6.30AM (Possibility to work on the weekends as needed for emergencies)

Job Role:

• We are seeking a managed service solution that will provide 24/7 on-site coverage. The main pillars of the service include the following:
• Monitoring: An on-site electrician will physically monitor the environment by conducting periodic patrols.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Responsible for managing PM activities according to client's PM plan in collaboration with client's subcontractors.'
• Malfunction Handling (MH): Electrical Incidents: Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1 and L2.
• HVAC Incidents: Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1.

Requirement

• Certified electrician license.
• Basic HVAC knowledge and skills.
• Service availability 24/7 for incident response.
• Basic computer skills (Office suite, operating systems).
• Serve as Level 1 support for incidents in HVAC, water, and air systems.
• Serve as Level 1 & Level 2 support for incidents in Electrical systems.
• Strong service orientation, responsibility, independence, and a systems-oriented mindset.
• Minimum Educational Requirement is High School Diploma or GED.
