Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support NIH Stroke Certification Job Details D1 MS/TELE nights Minimum 2 year experience Critical drip and CVA experience a plus, at least one year current experience with telemetry population Flu Vaccine or exemption Skills: Telemetry Job Requirements NY License in hand Epic-charting experience Nurse must be able to read rhythms and must pass a hospital proctored test that requires >80% accuracy in rhythm identification and 100% accuracy in identifying critical rhythms Schedule Information LOCAL RULE: 50 miles Traveler must complete a new exam within 72 hours of signing contract. Facility requires a 100% to pass online EKG exam. No exceptions will be made. Unit Specific Information Traveler will be required to have at least an 85% score as well as identify 100% of critical rhythms in order to pass. Traveler may be offered a retest if overall score is below 85%, so long as all critical rhythms are identified, and they complete remediation through the Clinical Remediation team.
