Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and vision to guide the organization's mission and goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive organizational strategies and plans.
- Oversee the financial management of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and funding.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, family members, and community leaders.
- Lead and manage the senior management team to ensure effective operations.
- Report to the RDO and provide regular updates on organizational performance and strategic initiatives.
- Represent the organization at public events.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports professional development and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead organizational change initiatives to adapt to evolving environments and challenges.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Senior Living (Assisted Living and Memory Care)
- Proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
- Exceptional financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management and building strategic partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to drive organizational change and foster innovation.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with relevant technology and software applications.
