Job Overview
The ADAS Solutions Support Specialist will ensure the successful integration and operation of our ADAS software solutions, including ADAS Map and Mobile CoPilot. They will be the Subject Matter Expert on all relevant systems and processes including overseeing account setups, managing user & location databases, and providing essential status reports to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation and management of customer accounts on Launchpad.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date user and location databases.
- Assist customers with integration and ensure the successful resolution of any issues.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Research and document software bugs and coordinate with team members to facilitate fixes.
- Participate in quality assurance (QA) testing and validate software updates post-release.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience providing software support to customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
