Job Opportunity: Full-Time Occupational Therapist


Location: Miner School, Arlington, IL 60004

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs? Cross Country Education is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team on behalf of Miner School!


At Miner School, we are committed to helping our students become contributing members of society. We provide an intensive, comprehensive educational program for Early Childhood through Grade 8 students with special needs, including cognitive disabilities, multiple disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, behavioral disorders, physical/health impairments, and communication disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services that address the unique needs of students with a variety of disabilities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to support students' academic, social, and life skills.
  • Deliver therapy in a highly structured and supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • Illinois OT License required.
  • Experience with pediatric special education populations is preferred.
  • Strong commitment to supporting the students within an inclusive, team-oriented framework.

Compensation: Competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for Health/Vision/Dental Insurance as well as 401k w/match.
