Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator with 1–3 years of logistics experience. The role requires strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Appointment Management : Track inbound appointments, communicate with carriers, and manage rescheduling and reporting.
• Truck Flow Management : Oversee truck flow from staging to unloading, addressing driver issues and trends.
• Warehouse Operations : Manage the pager system and coordinate between logistics, warehouse, and security.
• Shipment Tracking : Monitor flagged shipments and ensure proper isolation and communication upon delivery.
• Status Updates & Reporting : Respond to inquiries, generate daily load reports, and lead cross-training initiatives.
• Team Leadership : Manage deliverables for the Schenectady team and coordinate across regions.
