Job Title: Structural Analysis Engineer

Work Location: Wichita, KS

Pay Rate: $70/hr. - $75/hr.

Duration: 6+ months with opportunity for extension or conversion

Job Description:

Stress engineer who can independently work production line tags, applying analysis and best practices to solve production discrepancies and create formal documentation.

The position will be a semi-lead position over a group of younger engineers providing guidance to them while working the same tags.

Our program will have TIA/ATC next year and there are Strength Check Notes (SCNs) that will need updated for various completed and in-process change projects, ranging from addressing design changes by reapplying existing analysis, to full analysis and update of the SCN.

Requirements:

Perform stress analysis (ultimate & Fatigue) for metallic structures

Support Production Line by working on Stress tags

Write & Rework SCNs

Work with teams and provide inputs as needed

Production variance/tag experience
