Job Description

Ideally, you will be based near our Tampa HQ office, but we are also open to candidates located near our Denver and Atlanta offices. This hybrid role requires you to be in the office 2-3 days per week.

Your new role

As a Compensation Analyst within the Americas Total Rewards team, you will support the development and management of our company's compensation strategies, policies, and programs. Leveraging your understanding of workforce dynamics and market trends, you will help ensure our compensation practices attract and retain top talent. This role involves conducting market research, performing data analysis, and supporting relationships across a global organization. You will provide hands-on support for compensation program operations and contribute to aligning them with business goals.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related field
  • Basic knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in change management and creating compensation training materials.
  • Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS and compensation management tools.
  • Ability to explain complex compensation concepts to non-experts.
