The Role:

The firm seeks an attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to handle general/business litigation, estate litigation, collections, bankruptcy, landlord/tenant law and more. There is also an opportunity to take on transactional matters. They will provide training in specific practice areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation cases and client relationships.
• Support senior attorneys on larger matters.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth and long-term plans.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation experience; trial experience is a plus.
• PA Bar admission required.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and team collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: Competitive base salary with a proposed range of $70,000 to $115,000 based on experience + generous profit-sharing/objective bonus.
