Job Description
  • 80% getting inquiries from clinics about setting up a pickup and monitoring those pickups throughout the day
  • Checking internally to make sure we have documents allowed in order to do these pick ups
  • Do we have forms, consent forms, etc. To be able to pick up
  • 10% setting up physical shipments – in office you are sending out BSKs (buccal swab kits) and shipping out (buccal swab kits)
  • 10% answering phone calls and emails regarding logistic (courier updates, clinics, etc.)
  • Working in our CRM to figure out which courier they have to use
