• Annual Billable Hour Requirement: 1,850 hours

• Salary Range: $225,000 - $265,000 per annum, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a wide range of labor and employment law matters

• Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation

• Handle employment discrimination, wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, and workplace policies

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law

• Strong litigation background, particularly in labor and employment disputes

• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills

• California bar membership is required
