Construction Casualty Insurance is looking for an experienced Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The account manager must have at least 1 year of experience in the commercial insurance industry. The Account Manager’s role is to be able to successfully oversee a portfolio of business, size range from $500,000 - $700,000 in revenue. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, managing renewals, and maintaining a partnership with the producers to support business development. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams including producers, marketing department and other account managers to improve the entire customer experience. Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, including change requests and endorsements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Assist in the development of renewal submissions.
• Use Applied Epic to document and manage account activity.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of customer needs and objectives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as an Account Manager, or relevant position, in the Commercial Lines insurance industry, required.
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Florida insurance license, required.
• Experience with Applied Epic, strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail, strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, preferred.
