We are looking for a legal professional with a strong aptitude for legal writing, research, and analysis, as well as hands-on experience with client interaction, depositions, and courtroom proceedings to further develop litigation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload in civil litigation, from pretrial motions to trial and post-trial activities.
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in hearings and court appearances.
• Collaborate directly with clients, offering clear legal guidance and strategic counsel.
• Perform in-depth legal research and draft high-quality motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure timely resolution of matters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California Bar.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Proven experience conducting depositions and appearing in court.
• In-depth understanding of pretrial, trial, mediation, and arbitration processes.
• Strong advocacy skills and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
