The Control & Optimization Specialist will support the team to tracking different systems to ensure reliability of the information, identify risks and opportunity areas, also support with specific analysis requires to improve the operation, reporting directly to the Control & Optimization Manager
Responsibilities:
Monitoring main indicators in the different Acciona Energía software and applications, to improve the reliability of data in the systems.
- Periodic monitoring of the energy and availability losses classification to identify deviations in the reporting process and help develop improvements to the actual process.
- Monitoring the reporting processes of the works performed in the different facilities across USA and Canada, identifying deviations, opportunity areas and help to define action plans in coordination with the representatives in each facility and Control & Optimization team.
- Periodic monitoring of the materials availability, according with the Annual Maintenance Plan, to identify potential risk who can impact the planification, help to develop action plans in coordination with the representatives in each facility and Control & Optimization team.
- Help to identify and develop process who can be automatize with different tools.
- Support monitoring in the different systems critical maintenance activities, identifying potential risks.
- Support Control & Optimization Manager with specific analysis and Presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- No experience is required.
- Experience or interest in renewable energy enviroment a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and communicate risk.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Spanish is a plus.

- Base Pay: $ $65,000 – $75,000 based on experience, education, and skillset
