- The associate in this role will work closely with and learn from some of the most brilliant and accomplished trial attorneys in the country.
- Handle complex, high-stakes disputes in the high-tech sector
- This is a partnership track associate role where you will handle a broad range of patent disputes in USPTO, the International Trade Commission, and the Federal District and Circuit Courts.

Minimum Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school
- Attorney licensed to practice law in California
- At least 1 year of experience in patent litigation
Base salary range: $225,000 - $310,000
