Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex and high-stakes commercial litigation cases.
• Conduct impactful depositions, courtroom proceedings, and detailed legal research.
• Prepare compelling legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop winning case strategies and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Proven success in courtroom and deposition settings.
• Exceptional communication, drafting, and research skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Self-starter with a proactive and strategic approach to caseload management.
