Intake Coordinator

• Note: 1+ yrs. intake experience with a plaintiff PI/employment practice is REQUIRED.

Westwood, CA (90024)

Fully onsite work model (Monday - Friday).

Position Summary:

Intake Coordinator for prominent West LA-based plaintiff PI and employment practice.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly contact and/or follow up with all potential clients via phone and email
• Obtain pertinent information from potential clients by asking them a series of questions professionally and respectfully
• Send sign-up documents to the prospective clients and follow up accordingly
• Establish a relationship and rapport with potential clients by, demonstrating empathy and understanding
• Add and update pertinent information into the firm’s client management system
• Assist attorneys with administrative tasks as it relates to opening new cases, declining cases, and maintaining the firm’s database

Qualifications:

• Prior experience handling a high volume of calls required; law firm experience preferred
• Ability to handle potential client calls with care and empathy
• Ability to remain calm during calls with rude clients
• Experience using online database software, MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe)
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Resourceful and motivated to work in fast-paced environment
• English and Spanish speaking preferred

Salary/Compensation/Benefits:

Yearly salary is up to 62.4K (DOE/DOQ) plus a comprehensive and robust health benefits package, generous PTO, fully onsite work model (M-F), onsite parking, annual salary reviews/increases and lucrative bonuses, and many other notable employee-centered perks, etc.
