Experience of the right candidate:
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading an Agile Release Train.
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification preferred.
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially for large audiences.
- Pragmatic problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Knowledge of Generative AI and Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to guide teams effectively.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on team success.
- Positive and engaging personality to foster collaboration and alignment across teams.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
- Facilitate and coordinate Program Increment (PI) Planning, including readiness and execution.
- Establish and maintain PI and Sprint calendars.
- Measure and report on Agile Release Train (ART) performance across PIs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Foster cross-team collaboration and communication.
- Proactively identify and mitigate dependencies and risks within the ART.
- Facilitate Agile/Scaled Agile ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, Mid-PI check-ins, and Retrospectives.
- Cultivate Communities of Practice to promote skill-building and knowledge-sharing within the organization.
- Assist teams in maintaining proper workflow and ensuring information is accurately entered into systems for tracking and progress.
- Champion the improvement of Agile practices and processes based on feedback and observations.
