A premier litigation firm in Dallas is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense and will be responsible for managing all aspects of litigation from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage insurance defense cases from inception through trial.
• Prepare lawsuits, discovery, motions, and other pleadings.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, including insurance companies.
• Develop legal strategies and provide advice to clients.
• Maintain an organized case docket and manage deadlines.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
