Job Title: Laser Process Technician (First Shift)

MUST Have's

• Experience in developing solutions and contributing to design, testing, and process concepts.
• Proficiency in constructing prototypes and coordinating prototyping efforts with minimal guidance.
• Strong technical knowledge in innovating, designing, and developing processes, procedures, tooling, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with procuring and qualifying new or modified equipment (e.g., laser equipment).
• Ability to prepare clear and detailed technical reports/documentation to communicate results effectively.

WHAT SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE ARE YOU LOOKING TO SEE IN THE CONSULTANTS BACKGROUND?

- At least 5+ years’ of technical experience, regardless of role.
