What You'll Do

As a Configuration Analyst, you will:

• Design and implement configuration solutions for benefits, coding, contracts, fee schedules, and claim editing rules that meet business and state requirements.
• Execute system updates for new health plan implementations and conversions with a focus on accuracy and efficiency .
• Analyze claims, identify issues, and implement adjustments or appeals processes to improve workflows.
• Create and test configuration scenarios to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
• Maintain detailed documentation for audit and quality purposes.
• Collaborate across teams to establish configuration standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• EPIC Tapestry Experience in Contracts or Benefits.
• Experience with Texas Medicaid systems and processes.
• Hands-on experience in claims processing, adjustments, and appeals .
• Knowledge of managed care practices , claims adjudication systems, and configuration of contracts, benefits, and fee schedules.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Education & Experience

• Required: High School Diploma or GED + 2 years of experience in managed care, claims processing, or configuration.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (may substitute for work experience).
• EPIC Tapestry Certifications Proffered
