Job Description

Our Fortune 100 Fintech client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team at a cutting-edge FinTech firm. In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, and interviewing top technical talent across Director, VP, and Niche Technical titles. You will build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, develop robust candidate pipelines, and ensure our team secures the best possible talent to meet client needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and manage the recruitment process for high-level, technical, and specialty positions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide recruitment services aligned with established processes, standards, and systems.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of quality candidates.
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process autonomously, meeting time-to-fill goals.
  • Leverage advanced recruitment strategies such as networking, niche sourcing methods, and industry expertise.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in recruitment, offering insights and solutions to complex hiring challenges.
  • Facilitate formal consensus meetings with hiring teams and coach them through the hiring process.
  • Negotiate offers, ensuring a smooth and successful candidate experience.
  • Identify root causes of recruitment challenges, propose actionable solutions, and implement them to improve outcomes.
  • Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of requisition processing and candidate management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5–7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience in recruitment strategy development and implementation.
  • Prior experience combining agency and corporate recruiting preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates independently and manage candidate relationships effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an influential presence.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and consistently produce results.
