Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:

• Assist production department on equipment and process issues, ensuring optimal performance

• Support new product launches, including equipment builds, AQPD, and validation processes

• Develop and implement new equipment and processes for product manufacturing

• Lead continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to improve OEE and process CPK

• Track and measure process performance against key metrics to drive improvements

• Address customer quality concerns through root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update product routings and Bills of Materials

• Ensure safety compliance and foster a culture of workplace safety

• Manage project budgets and support capital equipment purchase justifications

Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications:

To be considered for the Manufacturing Engineer position, applicants should:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• Have 7+ years of experience in industrial automation, process controls, and manufacturing processes

• Possess Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification

• Demonstrate proficiency in PLC programming, CAD/CAM systems, and process mapping

• Be knowledgeable in lean manufacturing, FMEA, and creating custom machine specifications

• Have experience in CNC programming, process monitoring, and data collection (preferably using dashboards)

• Knowledge of Plasma Spray Molybdenum
