Job Summary/Company : Sparks Group has partnered with an Assisted Living Care organization seeking a Director of Operations to lead one of their new facilities. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a newly opened Assisted Living facility, ensuring resident well-being and operational excellence while adhering to all regulations.
This is a 24/7 operation so after hours attention may be required for emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and resident care.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Provide training and oversight to ensure proper procedures and care are followed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations (e.g., Comar).
- Manage all documentation and paperwork including certifications, state/county compliance, etc.
- Collaborate with Owners/Directors on strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Resolve operational, financial, marketing, and HR challenges.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Assisted Living, with 2+ years in management.
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
