Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a large manufacturing client to recruit and hire a Manufacturing Manager to oversee productions in the Nashville, TN metro area.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee operations while ensuring productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Manage production schedules, rates, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Oversee materials, equipment, and labor to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safety-conscious work environment.
- Supervise and guide first-line supervisors; review and analyze their reports.
- Communicate corrective actions, resolutions, and quality results effectively.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and mentor team members to foster growth.
- Contribute to budget planning, resource allocation, and workforce forecasting.
- Report production, quality, or personnel issues to the Director of Operations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 6+ years of manufacturing management experience.
- Experience with fabrication processes, welding, laser cutting, etc..
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and act on reports and metrics effectively.
