LeaderStat is partnering with a Skilled Nursing Facility operator who is seeking a permanent Nursing Home Administrator for a beautifully renovated facility in the revitalized, historical city of Newark, Ohio. The Administrator will be joining a long-tenured leadership team at a well-operated facility that is guided by the core principles of compassion, dignity, and unity.

Qualifications for the Nursing Home Administrator:

• Nursing Home Administrator's license in Ohio (active and in good standing)
• At least 2 years of Nursing Home Administrator experience
• Documented success with survey history, customer satisfaction, and staff retention
• Strong budget acumen
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Experience with ventilator and dialysis units preferred
