Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, with a solid understanding of architectural drafting standards and design processes. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to join a growing team and collaborate on exciting projects within the outdoor living space.

Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and detailed construction drawings utilizing AutoCAD and/or Revit for a variety of projects.
• Work closely with the design team to translate design concepts into high-quality drawings and plans.
• Review and revise plans as necessary based on feedback from engineers, architects, designers, and project managers.
• Submit detailed plans to, and work with, community ARCs and City Officials for the approval / permitting of projects.
• Attend paid-for CE courses to gain construction knowledge specific to the pool / spa and outdoor living industry.

Qualifications:

• 2-years working experience with proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit for architectural drawings.
• Experience working in Lumion is a bonus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree or certification in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required).
• Previous drafting experience within the pool / spa and outdoor living industry is an advantage.
