What You Bring:

• Proven success as a CEO or senior executive in biotech or healthcare, with regenerative medicine experience preferred.
• A track record of launching and scaling products or services.
• Experience in capital raising and managing investor relationships.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced degrees in biotechnology, business administration, or related fields (preferred).
