Key Responsibilities :

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.
• Handle probate and trust administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and clients’ wishes.
• Provide guidance on tax planning, asset protection, and charitable giving within the scope of estate planning.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law.
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
