Our client, a top-tier California law firm that often attracts attorneys from such firms as Paul Hastings, DLA Piper, and Milbank, seeks a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its team. The incoming attorney will handle a broad range of corporate matters and must have experience in EC/VC work. Experience in mergers & acquisitions, general corporate governance matters, and finance is also desired. The successful candidate will work with a variety of clients, including those in the entertainment, sports, tech, and energy industries. The firm has an incredible reputation for its collegiality, mentorship, and retention, with many Partners who have been with the firm for the entirety of their career. The billable hours expectation is extremely reasonable (1750 hours).

Compensation DOE, $245k-$275k.
