JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mechanical Source Inspector - Experience with the following

• Commodity - Complex Machined Parts
• Purchase Order Quality Flow Down Requirements and Special Instructions
• QAP Drawings – Quality Assurance Provisions
• AIE Documentation – Acceptance Inspection Equipment
• Complete Customers Inspection Reports
• CMM Operation
• MIL-STD-1916 Sampling Plans
• Receiving, In-Process, Final Inspections/Inspection Reports/Travelers
• (IMTE) Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment/Custom Inspection Gauges
• Hands – On dimensional inspections for verifying compliance of complex machined, formed, stamped, cast, and forged parts
• Complex Engineering Drawings/Parts Lists/GD&T and associated documents
• All types of Certifications (C of C, Material, Finish, etc…)
• First Article Verification in accordance with AS9102 or Equivalent
