Senior Project Manager, Construction

Reporting to the COO and CEO, you will be involved with oversight of all projects, manage both office and field personnel, as well as clients. You bring experience in multifamily and/or new construction, a high level of professionalism, a positive mindset, and a desire to help grow a well-respected company founded on integrity.

This is a 100% onsite position in Novato.

You will:

• Provide direction and a positive attitude to all personnel assigned to your jobs.
• Assure project quality is in line with the plans, drawings and specification on all projects to which you are assigned.
• Oversee all Senior Project Manager(s) and Project Manager(s) in the assigned area or region.
• Organize and oversee office staff including Office Manager.
• Review, monitor monthly project costs, including budgeted costs versus actual costs to date. Create plans of action to correct, if necessary.
• During site visits, review site safety protocols and anticipate potential safety issues.
• Receive all owner contacts and be present at all meetings with owners.
• Recruit new Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Project and maintain manpower projections, implement new manpower as needed.
• Review contracts with owners, subcontractors, vendors, etc. Sign contracts after review.
• Enhance company reputation as a leader in the multi-family construction marketplace.

You have:

4+ years’+ experience in construction

4-year College Degree a must

Multi-family construction experience

Senior Project Management experience with multiple jobs.

Supervisory experience

$150-$170K + generous benefits
