? We are currently looking for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate should be licensed and have valid certification as a BCBA. New Grads are also welcome to apply ! ?

WHAT IT TAKES

? Master's Degree in ABA or related field

? CA state BCBA license

YOUR DAY TO DAY

? Conduct Functional Behavioral Analysis assessments, attend IEP meetings

? Supervise Behavior Implementation Aides according to IEP and on an as needed basis

? Work with students with various cognitive, neurological, and/or physical disabilities and maladaptive behaviors

? Participate as a member of the multidisciplinary team in the identification, evaluation, and placement of students into special education programs

? Complete FBA Reports and the Individual Education Plan sections in the appropriate data-base (SEIS, Welligent)

? Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other required documents

? Travel to various sites

? Comply with policies established by federal and state laws and school district guidelines and regulations

? Effectively communicate with colleagues, students, and parents regarding the accomplishment of therapy goals and needs of the student

? Respond to needs related to job responsibilities of a BCBA
