Experienced Guardianship/Probate and Estate Planning Associate Needed

Merideth Nagel & The Legacy Legal Team is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our growing firm. Minimum qualifications include 5 or more years of Probate, Guardianship and Estate Planning experience. Our ideal candidate can handle all aspects of the file from consultation through closing the matter.

This position includes the opportunity of two work-from-home days (once a 90-day probationary period is complete). The work location will primarily be near The Villages (blocks from the entrance to Brownwood) with the ability to work from our Clermont or Winter Garden office as well.

Salary starting at $150,000, based on experience.
