Must-haves:
- 3-5 years’ experience as an Implementation Analyst at an enterprise company
- Proven ability to write technical & functional business requirements
- Prior experience being the liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
- Extension experience managing processes and systems
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate user needs and propose practical, impactful solutions
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as information systems, business, human-centered design, or related studies.
Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is looking for an Implementation Analyst for an enterprise healthcare organization in New York City. He/She will work as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, translating user needs into actionable requirements. They will be supporting new & on-going projects. This individual will evaluate systems and processes with a focus on user experience and ease of use. This will include:
- Analyzing and documenting user workflows, providing insights to improve collaboration and efficiency
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and vendors to align project designs with user-focused solutions
- Supporting the development and delivery of training materials and user guides to improve system adoption
- Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance user satisfaction through improved system designs and processes
- Providing thoughtful input and recommendations during design and implementation phases
