Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute programs to prevent workplace injuries, including safety training and compliance initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards, analyze trends, and enhance safety protocols.
- Analyze loss trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CRM are advantageous.
- 5-10 years of worker’s compensation risk management at an insurance carrier.
- 7+ years of commercial loss control experience (non-worker’s compensation).
