Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute programs to prevent workplace injuries, including safety training and compliance initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards, analyze trends, and enhance safety protocols.
• Analyze loss trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CRM are advantageous.
• 5-10 years of worker’s compensation risk management at an insurance carrier.
• 7+ years of commercial loss control experience (non-worker’s compensation).
