The ideal candidate will have:

• 4 years+ of defense-side complex commercial litigation experience at a large firm or established boutique firm; experience in real estate litigation, partnership disputes, and/or mass torts is a plus
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Deposition experience and trial experience are desirable
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
• Top credentials and a license to practice law in California (active and in good standing)
