Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team in Los Angeles, CA . As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will represent individuals who have been injured in accidents or as a result of negligence, advocating on their behalf for compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Representation: Advocate for injured clients by providing exceptional legal services in personal injury cases, including but not limited to automobile accidents, workplace injuries, medical malpractice, and premises liability claims.
• Case Evaluation & Strategy: Conduct thorough case evaluations, determine the viability of claims, and develop strategies tailored to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
• Litigation & Trial Preparation: Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Represent clients in negotiations, settlements, depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Settlement Negotiation: Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring that their best interests are prioritized and that fair compensation is sought.

Qualifications:

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• License: Active license to practice law in the state of California.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience practicing personal injury law, with a proven track record of handling personal injury cases and managing trial preparation.
